3. DiskarTech by RCBC

RCBC, the Yuchengo Group of Companies’ (YGC) banking arm, has already entered the Digital Banking field with the DiskarTech App. It seeks to provide millions of unbanked and underserved Filipinos with ‘commercial sachet facilities. The resources provided by the company do include bills payments, telemedicine, airtime load transactions, and gaming buttons, QR code transfers, and others. Further programs, such as microinsurance and the exchange of talents for enterprising Filipinos, will be launched shortly.
